Hi, I'd love a fineline tattoo on my forearm. Do you still have slots in January 2027?

Hi! How much for a small wrist tattoo, around 5 cm?
DraftConfidence: high
Hi Nora! A 5-cm piece on the wrist is 250 CHF here. Do you have a motif in mind?

About us

Behind every great product, are great humans.

We're building Tattoomanagement from our own experience — as tattoo artists and studio owners who used to lose hours in the inbox every day. Every feature solves a real problem we ran into ourselves.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Does this work with my existing studio email?

Yes. You connect your Gmail account via OAuth (one click), mails stay in Gmail. Tattoomanagement just reads them and sends via your account. Nothing gets migrated or imported.

What about data privacy and GDPR?

Your mails are encrypted in our database (EU region). We use them only to generate your own drafts — no training on your data, no sale to third parties. You get a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on onboarding.

Can I use this with multiple artists?

Yes — that's the main use case. Studios with up to 12 artists are using it today. Each artist has their own inbox and templates, the studio admin sees everything in one interface.

What does it cost?

Solo plan is free up to 100 mails/month. Studio plan starts at 49 CHF/artist/month. You get 30 days free without a credit card at onboarding.

How many languages are supported?

The interface comes in German, English and 26 more languages. Drafts are written in the language of the incoming mail — if a customer writes Italian, the draft is in Italian.

What if the AI writes nonsense?

You see the draft before you send. When you edit it, the tool learns from your changes — the next draft for a similar customer is already closer to your voice.
